The process of building a new home can be extremely overwhelming. We offer hourly consultations as well as full-service packages for custom home builds. With our expert guidance, 2D or 3D design options, & curated selections, you’ll have everything you need to bring your vision to life.
HOURLY CONSULTATION
Have a builder but need help picking out all the finishes and making final decisions? We can help with that! For $250/HR, we can meet you at different local vendors around town, or at your builder's design center, to make all necessary selections. If you don't have a design-center or specific vendors in mind, we can also make recommendations. We will look through selections with you and help you create a perfect combination for the look you are wanting to achieve! Examples of selections we can assist you with (but not limited to):
-Flooring
-Tile
-Counters
-Lighting
-Millwork
-Hardware
-Plumbing Fixtures
-Paint Colors (interior & exterior)
Afterwards, if you would like a complete report of all items we choose, along with detailed shopping links to provide to your contractor, we can create a separate Estimate for that portion.
FULL-SERVICE
This service is perfect for those who want a true "design partner" from start to finish while building their custom home. Our full-service package begins with a $200/hour consultation where we’ll discuss your vision and outline how we can work alongside your builder to bring your dream home to life. From there, we’ll create a customized estimate tailored to your needs throughout the process.

Our comprehensive scope includes floor plan reviews and builder edits to ensure your layout is both functional and thoughtfully designed, as well as detailed electrical and plumbing plans, 2D elevations of cabinetry and millwork, and precise construction drawings. You will also receive a complete spreadsheet of curated material selections—including flooring, tile, hardware, lighting, paint colors, and more—keeping your project organized and streamlined.

Our customizable estimate can also include a 3D package as an add-on. This option provides immersive renderings that allow you to experience each room in lifelike detail before construction even begins, giving you the confidence to make design decisions with clarity and ease.
Our bid is completely separate from the builder’s costs and covers our time for overall design, material selections, drawings, and project management as needed. If you’d like us to also furnish and decorate your home once construction is complete, we can provide a separate estimate for that service as well.
