Renovating Services
Hourly Renovation Consultation:
Our Renovation Consultations are $250 for 1 hour. At this consult, we will walk through the space(s) you are wanting to renovate and discuss our recommendations (including, but not limited to: layout, paint colors, counters, flooring, tile, lighting, etc...). We will discuss our recommendations, along with tips on best local vendors, etc... and leave you with notes from our discussion. *Please note these consultations do NOT come with an Estimate for project-management. They are solely our recommendations for the space. See our 'Consulting' page for further details.
Edesign/Mood Board Package:
We have 2 different Edesign packages - both of which can be extremely helpful when planning a renovation. Whether you need a report with general recommendations & design direction ($250), or a detailed Mood Board complete with shopping links ($450) - both will help complete the 'design' portion of your reno. Selections Package:
If you would like help selecting the actual materials at different local vendors around town, we charge $250/HR for these visits. We will meet you at the vendor of your choice, or we are happy to recommend a few. We will look through selections with you and help you create a perfect combination for the look you are wanting to achieve! Afterwards, if you would like a complete report of all items we choose, along with detailed shopping links to provide to your contractor, we can create a separate Estimate for that portion.
Full Service Renovation Package:
Our full-service package begins with a $200 hour consultation. We will walk the space(s) with you, discuss our vision & recommendations, and take all notes/measurements needed to create a full-service Estimate for you. The estimate will cover our time to create vision boards for the design-plan and time to source all materials (tile, flooring, lighting, hardware, etc...). We can also include project-management fees if you choose. After our meeting, we will schedule one of our contractors to come out and provide a bid for their portion of the project. We are also happy to work with a different contractor of your choice! Our bid is completely separate from the contractor's and solely covers our time for the design, material selection, and any project management needed.
