STYLE BOARD PACKAGE

$450 per room

— This is our full-service virtual design package. It includes a visual 'Style Board' with actual items from stores that we select for your space. We can even incorporate some of your existing pieces into the design if you'd like.

— Also included in this package is a full report of our recommendations, layout direction, and all applicable shopping-links for the items shown in the style board

— Style Boards include furniture, wall decor, rugs, lighting, and/or window treatments.

— Style Boards can also be created for renovation projects with materials (including links to tile, flooring, counters, paint, hardware, and/or lighting).

— To get started, we ask for photos of your space, applicable measurements, and any notes you have about the space. Once we have that & your payment, we can get started!

— **Please note that the Style Board will not be a digital rendering to scale, but instead a general layout of the recommended items.

— **Please note that Style Boards do not include small accessories or decor

— **This package is virtual-design only and does not include setting up or styling the space

— **Stylists may not place shopping orders for this package

— **This package DOES include up to 2 revisions if needed

— **Please note that we make every effort to send shopping-links for items that are currently available to ship. However, due to COVID-19, shipping for items may require longer than normal lead times.

— **We do recommend clients purchase items from links immediately, as items do tend to become unavailable after time. Unfortunately we are not able to search for further options if an item becomes unavailable after a week or longer of the style board being delivered.

Want to renovate or change the layout of a room, but not sure where to begin? Let our 'Rendering Specialists' create a rendering for you! Not only does this help you visualize a certain design in your space, but it also allows you and your contractor to be on the same page before any construction begins!

2D Renderings:

2D Elevation Pricing

Base Birdseye Elevation Fee: $450 + $200 per additional room

$450 Includes one walkthrough appointment for measurements and photos + one Birdseye floorplan Space planning elevation.
Birdseye Floorplan View elevations to scale – showing plumbing, cabinetry, furniture, electrical layout (if applicable) and overall design.
Elevation includes program images to represent the scale of furniture, fixtures, hardware, and lighting.
Includes up to 2 revisions (materials, lighting, size, etc.).
Additional revisions or changes to room layout require a full rebuild and will incur additional charges.

2D Cabinetry Rendering Pricing

Base Cabinetry Rendering Fee: $600 + $350 per additional cabinet unit

$600 Includes one walkthrough appointment for measurements and photos + one detailed custom cabinetry rendering.
Includes all views (front and sides) for accurate dimensions and layout.
Includes all callouts for cabinet makers to refer to. (door style, base and crown, trimwork, inset / full overlay / partial overlay, paint or stain grade, type of wood, etc)
Includes detailed design notes on rendering for contractors and clients.
Cabinetry Rendering to scale – showing plumbing, cabinetry, countertop/slab, electrical layout (if applicable) and overall design.
Renderings include stock program images to represent the scale of fixtures, hardware, countertop, and lighting.
Includes up to 2 revisions (materials, lighting, size, etc.).
Additional revisions will require a full rebuild and will incur additional charges.

Full-Service Elevation Package for Client, Renovation Specialists, & Contractors

Base Elevation Fee per room: $850 + $700 per additional room

Includes one walkthrough appointment along with measurements taken on site during walkthrough.
Includes Birdseye Floorplan View of one room
Includes all wall views (floor to ceiling) of electrical, plumbing, tile, flooring, cabinetry, etc placement to scale with dimensions and accurate callouts
Includes stock program images to represent the scale of furniture, fixtures, hardware, and lighting.
Includes detailed design notes for contractors and clients.

+ Design Services: $30 per linear ft. (when cabinetry layout and material selections are not provided)

Covers additional time required to configure cabinetry sizing and placement.
Ensures accurate scale, functionality, and flow of the space.
Development of a new design concept for the space.
Update of style, materials, and cabinetry layout/design.
Includes direct links to all material selections (paint, flooring, tile, countertops, hardware, lighting, etc.).
Includes detailed design notes for contractors and clients.

Note:

The Base Birdseye Elevation Fee and Base Cabinetry Rendering Fee will be discounted by $150 when detailed design documents and sketches are provided by the construction team or rendering specialist. This will include:

Room design layout sketches
All applicable measurements
All selection links

This fee covers:

Building the space accurately in the elevation software
Applying all selected materials

Additional fees will apply if:

Design documents are incomplete
Room layout requires configuration or redesign
More than 2 revisions are requested

3D Renderings

Base Rendering Fee: $850

Includes one walkthrough appointment.
12K resolution renderings to scale, showing full room layout and overall design.
Renderings include stock program images to represent style and scale of furniture, fixtures, hardware, and lighting.
Includes up to 2 revisions (paint color, materials, lighting, etc.).
Additional revisions or changes to room layout require a full rebuild and will incur additional charges.

Full-Service Rendering Packages

Base Rendering Fee: $850
+ Design Services: $10 per sq. ft.

Development of a new design concept for the space.
Update of style, materials, and cabinetry layout/design.
Includes direct links to all material selections (paint, flooring, tile, countertops, etc.).
Includes detailed design notes for contractors and clients.

Rendering Services for Renovation Specialists & Contractors

Base Rendering Fee: $850
+ Design Services: $30 per linear ft. (when cabinetry layout is not provided)

Covers additional time required to configure cabinetry sizing and placement.
Ensures accurate scale, functionality, and flow of the space.
