Whether it's changing a room's decor, choosing a paint color, selecting materials for a renovation, or preparing your home for market, we can help.
We also offer business consulting to other entrepreneurs either building their own start-up or looking to scale their existing business.
Design Consultation
$250 for 1 Hour Session
— This Consultation includes a full walkthrough of any space(s) you need help with and a discussion of our design recommendations.
— We will leave a written-report of our suggestions for the space and notes on everything discussed during the consultation .

— **Please note that due to our long waitlist, we are unable to travel outside of The Woodlands & Austin and immediate surrounding areas as of now. If you are unsure if you're in our 'travel area,' email us your address and we are happy to let you know!
Renovation Consultation
$250 for 1 Hour Session
— This Consultation includes a full walkthrough of any space(s) you need help with and a discussion of our renovation and design recommendations.
— We will leave a written-report of our suggestions for the space and notes on everything discussed during the consultation.

— **Please note this consultation does not guarantee we'll be able to coordinate the renovation ourselves. It is to provide a general design plan to take to any contractor of your choice.
— **If we ARE able to coordinate the renovation, our fees will be estimated separately for that service. See our 'Renovating' page for more details.
— **This consultation can also be conducted at a vendor of your choice in order to select materials there if preferable.
Staging Consultation
Between $250 - $400 (depending on square footage of home)
— This is a service we provide to realtors & their clients.
— This Consultation includes a full walkthrough of the home being listed, an in-person discussion with the seller explaining the goals for staging, and a full customized report of 'staging recommendations.'
— Recommendations include (but are not limited to):

Areas to Declutter & Pack Away
Room Layout Recommendations
Suggestions for Furniture to Store Away
General Staging Tips
Styling Decor for Listing Photos
—For 'renovation recommendations,' we will include suggestions for materials for an additional $100. This can include, but is not limited to, types of countertops, tile, hardware, paint color, and lighting.
—Report will be sent to both the realtor & the selling client, along with a report of 'General Staging Guidelines' and a 'Design Reference' document with examples of rooms we've styled that would photograph well for listing.
— Most Staging Consultations can be scheduled within a week of receiving the request. The reports will be sent within 3-5 business days from the day of the Consultation in most cases.
Business-Building Consultation
$250 for 1 hour session
— For entrepreneurs looking to build their own start-up, or for help growing their existing business
